Having graduated from a 6 year marriage not too long ago, I seek to pursue life with a heart as open as the sky.  I am as supple as the wind, and take everything that comes with great courage and curiousity. 

I enjoy engaging myself more intellectually than physically yet I remain an avid ashtanga yogini, run as the sun rises and love catching waves (rarely..).  I'm fascinated by Buddhism which has equipped me with great survival skills, and currently learning about existentialist philosophy. 

I love cadence of words, well-formed and well expressed thoughts, and lucid prose and poetry rock my world (Kerouac, H.S. Thompson, I.McEwan, Fitzgerald are some of my favorites).  Yes I love hard-edged romanticism and also get carried away by moody films with ambiguous endings such as Leon, Le Grand Bleu, Breathless and Lost In Translation.

Travel is a fact of life and has helped shape my worldly perspectives and sense of rootlessness…in a good way. Since young I've lived in and visited Europe, Asia, Australia and now the US…and so am comfortable with and seek to be inspired by people from various walks of life.

I adore my boys (a golden retriever, a german shepherd mix, a bengal type cat and a butter colored siamese cat) and only wish to have more time with them.  My current Top 5 objectives by the year end include going on an ashtanga retreat somewhere in Latin America, being sufficiently fit to attempt the Houston Marathon, completing my yoga teacher training course, cooking more healthful vegetarian meals more often at home, and completing my meditation program at the local Chan Buddhist Center.
